Told me they had attempted delivery today. Simply untrue. Update on 10 January. Have been holding on the phone to DX for 35 minutes to resolve. No response. DX sent a picture to the sender retailer which looks like 2 space craft in the sky, proving they made no attempt to deliver here. Nevertheless they were happy to claim they did. Further update 10th January PM. DX sent the sender retailer another photograph to support their inability to redeliver today. It shows a thin covering of snow on the road in a village. Not my village though, no idea where it is. Clowns Incompetence and lies
