Quality products and great service
An unexpected fairly urgent requirement for a pair of acrow props for a specific job. Extremely competitive price for what turned out to be really good quality items. Well protected to avoid unnecessary transit damage and fast delivery by tracked courier service. No problems whatsoever so I now I know exactly who to go to should I have any requirement for similar products in the future ! Many thanks :) EDITED TO ADD: This is by no means any reflection on Safeweld whatsoever but there's apparently something more than a bit odd going on with trustpilot. A positive review for a repeat order placed and delivered several months after this one has been deleted by trustpilot. Despite their continuing demands to see 'evidence' and actually being provided with a copy of the relevant invoices, the review has still not been reinstated almost 3 weeks later. A complaint has been made but this is apparently just being ignored as well. It is somewhat concerning that trustpilot are able to manipulate totally genuine customer reviews for any company in this way in addition to demanding that copies of documentation containing a significant amount of personal data must be supplied via totally insecure e-mail. I presume that there is some bot/ai driven automated system involved here which is clearly not being in any way controlled or monitored for errors and/or stupidity etc. There can be little doubt at all that responses made to the demands being sent out by trustpilot are not actually being read by anything or anyone with any significant amount of intelligence that's for sure ! However, two orders and the associated invoices dated several months apart leading to a happy customer posting two positive reviews is not just entirely acceptable but to be expected. It will now be very interesting to see if the same thing happens with this review as well.
