Fantastic customer service . I telephoned last week asking about wellies . Not everyday basic black ones but green , size 13 non safety buckler ! Sounds easy but due to rubber shortage struggled as no one had any in stock anywhere . To this companies credit took my number and few days later phoned back . Muir had sourced a pair cheaper too ! Picked up yesterday met by lovely staff . Years since I’ve been in the shop as I moved away from Dunfermline and shop well laid out , bright and clean . staff all well turned out too Honest guys I know only wellies but these are essential bit of kit my son needed and appreciate you taking time to source a pair . Have a great weekend **It’s fine about late reply just thought you deserved a review as you went above and beyond Muir is a credit to the company I hope he got some chocolates I handed in .
