Very impressed
There is only our house and two others in our tiny hamlet at the end of a long country lane and quite remote from the nearest village so I never expected them to connect us despite their claims. A few months ago their project manager and engineering lead visited the house and decided it was feasible to connect us and that is what they have done despite having to drill over 1km down a lane from the nearest core connection point. I am writing this on a fantastic 250Mpbs connection and I can get up to 1Gpbs if I want (the best I could get before Wessex installation was 30Mbps). Every single Wessex team that visited (the original PM/engineer, fibre drillers, gardens team, splicing team) were polite, personable and professional. Thank you Wessex I am delighted with the new service. Thank You all !
