Real service, real care, no gimmicks.
I cannot rate this company highly enough!! The customer service is exceptionally good and the response is fast, efficient and polite. Recently I had a few issues with my broadband speed and after reporting the problem to Rebel Internet, I had Openreach over to my house within days and the problem was fixed. Rebel customer service constantly kept me in the loop every step of the way and even contacted me after Openreach completed their work and left! I've used many large broadband providers in the past, but I felt I was treated like a number and not like a customer. Rebel Internet is NOT one of those companies. I've never had such an amazing outstanding customer service as this before and I will definitely recommend Rebel Internet to all my colleagues, friends and family. Keep up the great work Rebel and don't lose sight of what you've achieved! 👍👍😊
