OVO - INABILITY / RELUCTANCE TO RESOLVE COMPLAINT.
Left OVO on the 16th December last year and was in Credit for over £81. Have now lost count of the emails requesting my account to be finalised and any credit to be refunded to me. All I receive are empty platitudes that there appears to be a problem with my account but can not give any time period in which it may possibly be resolved. Having read OFGEMs report about OVOs treatment of their customers who have complained about poor service by OVO I have little confidence that my complaint will be resolved any time soon, there seems to be an inability or reluctance to resolve my complaint. It appears that I also will be referring my complaint to the Energy Ombudsman.
