Very Bad Business Practices
Very Bad Business Practices. I ordered my shoes on 11/29 and a week later on 12/5, I received an email saying that: “Unfortunately, we cannot shipped your order to your location because it is either in a rural, military base, PO Box, and etc.” On 12/5, I wrote back saying my address is in an apartment complex and I receive deliveries from UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, and Amazon every single day. On 12/5, I received an email from Vessi saying: “We made a mistake and that we can ship your order via FEDEX.” Approximately either 12/9 or 12/10 and still no updates, I sent an email to Vessi saying I want to cancel my order because I am not a happy customer. On 12/12, I received an email from Jansel (a Vessi employee) telling me based on my order status, Vessi cannot refund/cancel my order because it was picked up from our warehouse and is in transit which is a lie because as I scroll down the email, it says: “Once the tracking number is available, we will send the tracking information to you which means the order never left the warehouse.” Every time I use a delivery service, I am given a tracking number/information on the spot and the order is on its way for delivery. On 12/13, I received a FedEx tracking number; however, the message continues saying: “We will notify you when your order leaves our warehouse. I am not happy because I am tired of the games that this company plays. I feel like Vessi does not care about the unhappy customers and they cannot handle situations like this instead they send out via emails false narratives thinking it will make the customer happy, unfortunately I am not a happy customer, I want a full refund and would not recommend anyone deal with this company.
