1st class service
Had booklet from cruise 1st on Saturday morning and I seen Norwegian fjords advertised with MSC cruise line. Made contact and spoke a to a lovely lady Emma Short. She went through everything with me and was very knowledgeable and after speaking to her I was absolutely going to book. I explained I was waiting for a cheque to clear so I could pay deposit and she told me she would hold the price for me. She kept in touch with me over the weekend and today I spoke to her and booked the cruise for next May. If it wasn't for her I would have booked with someone else but she made me feel so at ease. I just can't wait to take my wife away as we have been through hell after our holiday in Jamaica turned sour after she became ill. Big thank you to Emma. 1st class service
