Hannah was really helpful for the first part of my application, really positive and encouraging, explained everything, no question was too small or stupid. I then was in contact with Omar after the application was sent. Again very helpful, answered any questions I had promptly. Fingers crossed, if everything goes to plan they’ve helped me change my life!
