Rebooking from HELL!!

I recently had to cancel a flight that I booked through Travelocity and it was the worst experience of my life! I originally booked the flight in April of 2022 going to Montego Bay, Jamaica in September 2022. The airline JetBlue cancelled my flight and I had to call Travelocity to see if I could rebook the flight for a different time. Needless to say Travelocity didn’t have anytime that made sense nor any nonstop flights returning to the US. The fist call I made to cancel the flight for a refund I was told that JetBlue would only issue a travel voucher that I could use at a later date and the voucher was only good for travel from the US to Montego Bay and no where else. On the second call to Travelocity I was told that JetBlue would refund my ticket because they canceled the flight. He also told me that if I opted to take the travel voucher that I could flight from the US to anywhere in the world and that I had 1 year to use the voucher. This was the complete opposite of the first call and took an hour and a half to achieve. It was frustrating, the rep was unprofessional telling me that I needed to take responsibility for the cancellation when I wasn’t the one to cancel my original flight. He also put me on hold for 10 minutes at times and played music so loud that I had a headache after hanging up. I will NEVER EVER use Travelocity again!!
