There was a delay on the order
There was a delay on the order, the person I dealt with said the order had gone out which was an absolute untruth of which he was fully aware and when I finally got the order, the nails were wrong and the ridge tiles were the wrong ones. I eventually had to source the correct ones myself and although the ones delivered have now been collected, it took until the end of February to get a refund for them. The order was confirmed by you on 03/02/2025 at your Glasnevin branch and my point of contact was Stephen Hughes who I’m not sure I even dealt with.
