Possibly the worst airline I’ve ever…
Possibly the worst airline I’ve ever used. I pairs for a service that would check us in so we didn’t have to worry about that whilst away. Got a notification to say this had failed. Really complicated check in process. Didn’t update us with what terminal we was flying from. I had to get off google a couple of hours before flying. Stress central. Got there there was a tiny check in desk with huge cues, thought we were going to miss flights. Staff unhelpful. Never again. Also absolutely destroyed by designer luggage. So annoyed
