Still waiting for anglian water to fix my sink they broke
I had a man from anglian water come out to fix a water meter,my daughter moved items from under my sink as I am awaiting an operation on both shoulders and for carpet tunnel on both wrists ,I also have a bad back and knees .he came and I left him to look for the stopcock as I didn't know where it was ,he called through to my front room saying he couldant find stopcock and to get council out to find it then call back for a date to fix meter , by the time I got up and went in kitchen he had gone ,I thought what a nice man he had put all my things back under my sink, little did i know then it was to cover his tracks ? He had broken my piping under my sink ,as i do not use much water being on my own i didant realise till Saturday when my daughter came round water went every where she pulled everything out from under sink and then they could see it was broken i called council to fix it but as anglian water broke it they have to mend it , i called anglian water and the workman put on his report that too much stuff was under sink and he could not do his job ????? A blatant lie ,a mature man lieing about braking my sink ????? I have since asked anglian water to mend it but am asked to wait for a call ,... that never comes it is now a week i have no sink ,i cannot wash up ,i cannot do any washing in machine i have to carry my bowl to the toilet to empty .I called council to arrange a man to come out to find stopcock and .the man from council came and found it within minutes of being in the house .I have called the council again asking them to mend the sink but they state that as anglian water broke it they have to mend it Or I can pay to have it mended and give the bill to anglian water , I am at my witts end waiting for anglian water to fix my sink, I cannot believe they would employ a man that can openly lie about an elderly lady leaving me with no sink for normal washing up or put my weekly wash on . I am disappointed and disheartened that I can be left this way by anglisn water,
