A completely inflexible organisation
A completely inflexible organisation. Due to travel issues I was unable able to reach the original booked hotel so booked another hotel in the same chain for the same dates but more money. Put a request into support to cancel the original booking but now over a week later still no response. Rang the original hotel but they refused to cancel he booking as it was within 14 days and have charged even though I had booked a partner hotel. The partner hotel was happy for a cancellation. I have subsequently cancelled the 2nd hotel and will stay with another chain. I'll never book this chain again as they have no flexibility for customers and support services are non existent. They are a throw back to the rigid policies of the 1980s. Absolutely appalling.
