The boats appear to be back to their best. Plenty of staff, excellent food and drink and interesting trips off the boat. Just after Covid, the boats seemed to be lacking in Staff and service was not up to standard. Scenic are pushing trips on the Eclipse on each river cruise. Unfortunately, the age of most river cruisers is not the clientele that they are after for the Eclipse. The company needs to keep the standards up on the river cruises or they will start to loose some of their loyal members to other companies!
