Lovely tutors but they are over stretched
It has taken a while to complete my course with pro train, partly due to personal circumstances and taking a couple of breaks but also due to several changes of tutor. I had 3 Tutors, all of which were great. However when on a break from learning I repeatedly emailed my current tutor to ask to get back to learning whilst I had some time off work in the summer. After no response I called the company and as it turned out my tutor had actually left - no one told me. It took a long time for another tutor to be assigned so I missed my opportunity to finish my work over the summer. Michelle was lovely and really helped me to reach the end of the course and to gain my qualification finally! As a whole the tutors are great but feel they are over stretched with students.
