Ovo Energy is putting things right.
Ovo Energy has been working hard for two months now to sort the mess left by Economy Energy. This week Ovo fully activated my new online account with them and I'm pleased with the balance (£140 credit). There is a £50 ombudsman award not shown but as I stopped EE's Direct Debit last September the £50 will about cover my usage from then until now. Like so many of Economy Energy's victims I am traumatised by the sheer hell that the company put me and so many others through. I don't intend to leave Ovo on a whim, just to save twenty or thirty quid or so. I no longer trust the energy market and will stay with who I trust, and as of this week I trust Ovo Energy completely,
