DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Thank you Rightmove for your reply which you state you are sorry and someone will be in touch. What a shame it was just empty promises, no-one contacted me instead I get demand for another £300 My advert was initially placed in the wrong category and after a month of no queries I questioned this and it was rectified. Not once have I been offered compensation for that lost month also part month charged at full month rate. The advert was removed after the second month but you still want to charge me. I think it's shameful you want full payment for a service promised but that you failed to fulfill. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! The platform does not work. It's not fit for purpose. I spoke to a very helpful lady Mariessa and I advertised my property with Rightmove. That's where the helpfulness ended, I emailed Mariessa when I found my own buyer to let them know and received no reply. Today I got another invoice for £300 so I emailed them to say I no longer need their services. Mariessa called me to advise that I still have to advertise for another month because I have a contract with them, for some reason I seem to remember being told that if I found my own buyer that would be the end of it. I had one query asking if I wanted to buy their property, I'm not buying, I'm selling. Mariessa insisted there was one other query. Well if there was I didn't receive it. She also said the market is quiet and yet I have been inundated with queries from other sites regarding the property. Be careful when signing contracts what I was told would happen didn't and now Mariessa has told me because I have cancelled the direct debit I will be taken to court. It will have cost me almost £1k for one inadequate query 😡 and a whole load of stress 😳
