Quick to take your money, awful service.
I ordered four barstools from this company. When they arrived, one of the barstools was damaged and also rocked when I put it together. I was not happy with the quality and therefore wanted to return the items. I contacted them to discuss the issue and was told that because I had put one of the stools together, I was not entitled to a return or refund. Even more ridiculously, I could not return another unassembled, untouched barstook because it was in the same box! They take three days to reply to each correspondence and the agent is never "available" when you call. I contested this and was asked to send over videos of the issue but they still refuse to refund the item.
