Customer Service is excellent
Custom controller design shipped with the wrong thumbsticks, but Scuf Griselda was able to assist and get the correct ones sent for me. Only knocking a star on behalf of the QA, should've caught the thumbsticks during testing/building, but that's OK! Everything else was perfect.
