I have been looking for a travel agency for so long that I can trust and travel with, but I have always had doubts about traveling agencies due to some bad experience with them in the past. However, Neo tourism has changed my mindset that there are indeed good traveling agencies out there. William was so efficient and professional and I received my tickets and everything as soon as I paid. Was a bit nervous at the beginning but they certainly turned my doubt into trust.
