I have just interacted with two very rude and condescending people from this lender this morning. The first guy was very negative about my application, and proceed to cancel the application. I got a mail saying that I had cancelled the application myself. I called back and a lady pick up & when I told her what happened she said I should lower my voice. I wasn't shouting at all maybe they are new staff anyway
