I have tried a couple of different online/virtual weight loss sites. I found them to be pestering with all the online assistant/coach texts daily and to just through different medicines at me to see what would work. None of them did. I joined FORM because it was recommended on the Eli Lilly site and had some good reviews. I felt like I had nothing to lose by trying another site so I went for it. I have not been happier. My medical doctor and dietician actually listen to me when we meet via a zoom call and give me relevant suggestions on things to try that they do or have tried. I like the scale that was sent to me and when I mentioned my nephrology doctor wanted me to start monitoring my blood pressure they sent me another BP cuff to ensure I had a good one. The one they sent me is way better than the one I had too!! Scheduling virtual appointments is easy and the few times I have needed to reschedule it was easy too. On these calls I feel like I am heard and my questions are always answered to my satisfaction. Getting the prescription medication is also easy. I get text notifications that my prescription was sent over, is being filled, has shipped and when it gets delivered. It cannot say enough good things about FORM and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a online weight loss plan that works!
