Premium product with the absolute worst customer experience
Terrible customer experience. They sell a premium product and deliver the absolute worst customer service. It's remarkable they can sell mattresses at this price point and then act surprised when their mattresses consistently break right around the 2-year mark (typically after the warranty is up). At 2 years and 3 months, ours had a big leak and our options to get this remediated were effectively to sink nearly $2,000 to get an upgrade and have to deal with the hassle of shipping it back to them and then setting up the new one. Why would I commit to a $2,000 upgrade when I'm fairly confident the next one will also break down? It's also interesting to see that only the positive reviews on Trustpilot end up with any response or acknowledgement from Eight Sleep. They seem to think that if they ignore the thousands of customers who've had negative experiences, their brand somehow won't be impacted.
