Great Service
Had some issues with a product which wasn't up to the expectations I had. So wanted to leave a review for the product, but couldnt' figure out how to do this. So I wrote to Travis Perkins Customer Service. With my question about the review, but also the issue about the product. They responded in less than hour (WOW!), asking for more information (Order number, pictures, local branch) but also how I can write an review. This was Wednesday last week. This Morning, Monday, an email from the local branch manager, offering a free big bag delivery delivery and 2 hours later their driver reversed onto the parking area. I know the driver from the first delivery, back then already showing some skills in handling the bags as it was over the fence, close to a lamppost into a tight spot. This time the spot was even tighter and he managed brilliantly. I can't fault the service and speed, neither of the Customer Service office, nor the local branch (Dingwall).
