Poor service do your booking directly with the aircomoany
This was the first and the last time I'm using esky. I booked a trip with a return. The first flight was perfect, 10kg luggage was included. Returning trip with a different airline cost us €80 more at the airport for the same luggages. I didn't expect that. Was a bad suprise as I thought that we were allowed the same luggages. I contacted esky about this issue, that they had to inform the customer upon the booking about such an issue But unfortunately they didn't take any responsibility, they didn't even apologise about that. From now on I will do flight bookings directly with the Air company don't need any third paries as they are useless.
