Cluey learning/ no personal touch.
My child has a focus problem with learning and I made cluey aware of the issue as well as saying she relates to male tutors. We got a female English tutor and no down time through the session. The session was clearly to difficult but she still persisted. Learning should be fun. Especially after a long day at school. No connection was made on a personal level. My daughter did not want to continue with the English tutor after that hr. Maths on the other hand was better we had a male tutor and Danny made a real effort to connect with my daughter. She enjoyed the session. Although her second session moved ahead a little to fast. More consolidation required. We need a more personal touch one on one face to face. We had tech issues as well and lots of unnecessary phone calls. Not for us at that price.
