Home services booking was a mixed bag
Booked a cleaning service in Seattle through the app. The e-signed service record was a nice professional touch and I liked having everything documented. The cleaner did a good job overall, but scheduling availability was limited — only two slots open that week. I get that home services are harder to scale than rides, but it's something to work on.
