What a shambles of an airline. Customer support lines dont provide any ETA on how long to wait, no indication of where you are in line. The support staff have no ability to make decisions and always "escalate" your case then dont bother contacting you to provide an update - they rely on you the customer to chase them up. Their selling agencies don't process flight changes quick enough. They tell you to wait in the hopeful event you might get reimbursed, meanwhile they jack up the prices of flights so that if it doesnt go through you have to pay even more..... I have been put out of pocket over $2000 from this airline due to their poor customer service management. Will never be flying with them again.
