Efficient - almost
So once I made the order the process was excellent and equal to or better than that of Amazon (usually seen as the benchmark for online ordering and delivery). What was good? Made order and received email confirmation, delivery was quick i.e couple of days, received regular delivery updates by text and item was well packaged and as described. Why almost efficient? Their website was bad! Which is a shame. I tried making the order many times and the screen kept hanging or I was told the page was not available. To be honest it put me off and I thought the website was dodgy but I persevered and came back a few days later and it worked.
