Terrible communication and dodgy payments
It was nice to see my usage every day, but, overall, I am not at all satisfied with the service, especially not with the communication. For instance, I have stopped my contract and sent back the meters for which I paid a warrantee. However, after 2,5 months (!!!), I have still not received my money back AND they said they would keep 25 euros as administrative costs. This was never communicated when I paid the warrantee, so I always assumed that, according to the ruls of a warrantee, I would get all of that money back (since I gave back all appliances in perfect condition). Now I have emailed them twice (few weeks between mails) asking (1) why I still haven't received the money they promised and (2) how it is legal for them to hold back 25 euros of an amount that was given as a warrantee. I have not received any answers on either email. Definitely would not recommend.
