they are experts at being bullies
as a person with chronic disabilities I can say you need a lawyer to communicate ethics to the only point of contact for complaints being customer service in NSW...you get told your case has been sent to the appropriate department and then prepare yourself for a journey of getting sick , developing mental illness or relapse...this has been my experience for 9 years to now...one thing I will start to do by advise is include the consumer action law centre in my emails of communication so they can view the bullying tactics and breech of human rights practices... to aldi responsible managers and corporate I remind you there's an old adage that goes > what goes around comes around . a higher power I believe in will enforce that...
