Delivery so slow

I ordered a table and chairs and it was quick delivery, within 3 days so when I had to purchase a sofa which was needed urgently I looked on there site and saw that there were sofas in stock. I ordered on the 7th November and finally received the items on the 13th December. Final estimated delivery date was the 2nd December. Always told it was due to high demand for the item, but was never able to give a date. When I asked for my money back as I could get one from somewhere else, they said it would incur charges so stuck with it. Free delivery, well its free to get it to you but on arrival I had to pay £20 for them to bring it into my house or it would be left at the doorstep, 2 sofas just left on the doorstep or £20. Also the sofa I ordered had a patterned cushion on the back but when it came they were all solid colours, but really cannot be bothered to message them to explain as I've had enough of dealing with them and just thankful I have something to sit on now. After a good experience with the table and chairs I was going to use these to furnish my new home completely but now I won't be using them again.
