Da will man seine Nummer ändern lassen

Da will man seine Nummer ändern lassen. Man versucht sie telefonisch zu erreichen wo niemand erreichbar ist sehr sehr lange Wartezeiten. Anschließend schreibt mehrere E-Mails wo keine rückmeldung kommt es geht nur um eine Nummer änderung und nichtmal das kriegen sie hin.
