Rude and no manners
Just had a phone call from Stacey at First Home Improvements. Firstly, I haven’t given them permission to use my number under GDPR. Secondly, as they have called me uninvited, when you’re told that no improvements are required, at least have the good manners and business sense to apologise for troubling me and say goodbye. Don’t just put the phone down. I certainly know where I won’t be going when I do need home improvements. As a local business owner in property, I shall also make sure none of my clients use them either. Just rude!
