Poor service overall
Generally Poor service selling our house and wouldn’t recommend. We will be going to Prestons next time! 1. They absolutely appeared more interested in looking after the purchasers rather than seller. 2. They incorrectly advised us at one stage which could have cost us a lot of money. 3. Communication after the initial sold subject to contract was non existent until they tried to claim that they had arranged a moving date, not knowing that it was us via our solicitor who had arranged the date. Overall Poor and not recommended.
