A helping hand when mistreated by my energy provider
I recently asked Energy Ombudsman for help to resolve my months long dispute with my energy provider over a faulty gas meter. This has been dealt quickly and professionally. I truthfully believe that without this support I wouldn’t be able to solve my case. It is reassuring to know that customers are not alone when mistreated by energy giants. Extremely grateful for this!
