FANTASTIC SERVICE
I discovered a leak coming from below the shower tray. A plumber attended and ended up having to smash out the shower tray and some tiles. He managed to stop the leak.
I then looked on Anglian Water's website and at 8pm on Wednesday evening submitted their 'water leak compensation' form.
At 1pm today (17 hours later) I received an email from Tincy Titus advising me that Anglian Water had looked at my water usage going back to 2020, and as a consequence had credited my account with quite a substantial amount of money. They had also greatly reduced my monthly direct debit.
I am not easily impressed, but how many firms would have the balls to take such positive action, as quickly as this, without numerous forms and photographs having to be submitted.
Well done Anglian Water. It is great customer service like this that keeps customers.
