Student support last year was amazing
Student support last year was amazing, emails answered in a timely manner with consistent help and support from Becky an Sophia. This year no one seems to know what they are doing the support team has changed, emails take around 7-10 days to get a reply, no one answers the phone and whenever you want to speak to management they are never available. I am struggling to find a placement, the placement database I am given is not helpful as nearly all organisations are not taking on students or there online, with the split face to fae and online it has been an upmost struggle to receive any support from chrysalis. My tutor is excellent and my peers are lovely, but if you are looking for a course that has support, chrysalis no longer offer this with how everything is automated and replies are useless and not worth waiting 7 days!! Change your support team !
