To be honest, our relationship started a bit shaky with them: A complete misunderstanding. But the rest… Well, the rest is history along with being the present and future. They are kind, responsive, helpful, understanding… The whole team is just there to support you, make your stay the most comfortable; and they make you feel that too. I am quite on the obsessive side and whenever I asked to keep my room while extending my stay (I keep extending it every single week as I literally am so satisfied with their work, I can’t leave!) and they always help me out with that. I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate it. They are fast to respond whenever I write them. They never make you feel like you are on your own. And I’m forever grateful for everything they have done. Literally the most helpful and sweet crew out there! 100% recommend them to any and everyone!
