Order cleared customs 1st December

Order cleared customs 1st December , have sent 2 emails asking for update both said the same- order cleared customs and DPD will contact me with delivery date, emailed again 16th asking for date of delivery or refund - NO response No Prosecco NO Refund !! Avoid this company, I don't think this order was ever dispatched.
