Paid a lot of money to stay at Southampton harbour hotel arrived at 2.55 was quite rudely told room not ready. Breakfast was awful and cold couldn’t eat the eggs!!! Complained and was told if I rebooked I can get complimentary drink This is over priced not worth the money will never return
