Words will never sufficiently express my gratitude to my teachers from the Online Yoga School for everything I have learned and all of the resources they have made available for such a low price. The course is comprehensive, and support is available every step of the way. I feel so blessed that I found a school and teachers that truly wish to make yoga accessible to all. There are so many wonderful modules on everything from cueing to trauma informed yoga. The modules offer very clear instructional videos and downloads students can go back to again and again. Students have a variety of options for learning, including live Zoom sessions. I especially appreciated the materials from Dr. Mary Hart on the science of yoga and its benefits. But the best thing about this yoga school is the genuine kindness and humility of the instructors, whose knowledge is extensive, broad and deep. My sincerest thanks to Steph, Melissa, and all of the teachers. I believe you are making a difference in the world of yoga by preparing teachers who are not elitists, not competitive, but who understand the value of yoga to all of humanity, teachers who are prepared to offer classes to people of all ages and fitness levels with a variety of challenges, teachers who will welcome their students as they are and who will encourage self-acceptance.
