Good quality garden furniture but poor delivery service
Very helpful sales person (Alfie) at the Riverside Outdoor Living Centre which has a good range of the outdoor furniture on display. Really pleased with the quality of the furniture now that it has arrived but we were really unimpressed with the delivery service. We ordered the outdoor sofa set online and received a delivery slot. Our order did not turn up after tracking it and waiting in all afternoon for it. No contact from the delivery team. The support team were contacted and we received a phone call the next day to say our order would be delivered that afternoon. Luckily I was working from home that day to take the delivery.It arrived on two separate vans as one of the boxes had been delivered to the incorrect address and had been opened. The second much larger box arrived a couple of hours later. We were expecting a two person delivery with the furniture being carried through to the garden. Each van had only one delivery person and my husband had to help carry the second much larger box to the garden. Despite these delivery problems, we are very pleased with the furniture.
