I order a birthday present for my…mother in law
I order a birthday present for my mother in law on the 2nd of August to be delivered by August 10th. Received e-mail saying thanks for your order, it will arrive on or before the 10th. Today is the 10th received e-mail saying your order is getting ready to ship. Will arrive by 7pm on the 11th. I called to find out why and 2 different people told different stories. First one said I asked to have it shipped on the 10th I then proved him wrong when I read the e-mail to him and he said yes I see that now. I will send this on and someone will call you back. Nope they did not. I called and spoke to someone else and he said oh I see the problem you ordered on line and mistakes happen so the e-mail is sent out to me right away but for some reason then 10th was the date that showed up in the warehouse so that is why it was shipped then. So it's sounds to me like because I used your on line ordering it is not your fault because things happen as I was told and the same thing has happened to him because of a shipping problem. But this was not a shipping problem this is a problem because your system told the warehouse to ship on the 10th according to your complaint department. So he says what do you want me to do I said what are you going to do well he says we can give you a discount on your next order. Well what if I am so pissed I do not want to order again he says well that is what I can do and the choice is yours. I said I would like to talk to someone higher up and he said I am sorry they will not answer the phone to you. But if you would like to take a shot of the e-mails and forward on someone up higher will receive the e-mail. I explained I do not do that on line as I am older and he says or I am sorry. So all in all your customer service is not worth the time to call and I guess your corporate offices are to good to talk to your customer that have problems I understand you all have jobs to do but in my opinion someone in corporate should have the good sense to get these calls taken care of better then it was handled for me. Also the 2nd guy said I should not expect it on the 11th because it could take up to 3 days. Nice going keep up the good work. Very unhappy customer
