Good but needs improving on some basic things
Overall I enjoy my Degustabox each month but there are things that bug me - - Last 3 months I’ve had no notification my box has shipped or tracking info, in fact I get the email after I’ve received the box! - Delivery company never follow the instruction on where to leave the box, twice resulting in coming home to a soaked boxes and spoiled goods inside - Fed up that for some reason Cheez-It’s have made repeated appearances over last 6 months (we don’t like them!) - Plus membership supposed to get you priority customer services, it doesn’t. Still wait average 10+ days for a response to emails (no different to when I wasn’t a ‘plus’ member) - No telephone number you can ring for issues When customer service do finally respond it’s always helpful so no complaints there but I shouldn’t have to wait 10+ working days for that response! Box is reasonably priced and I love the advent calendar. When you have companies like Hello Yummy doing the same thing and quicker at responding, etc, Degustabox you have got to up your game!
