Terrible terrible service
Terrible service and terrible service. I placed an order for Mother’s Day, selected time slot to be 10am-2pm. 2025. There was no delivery made until 2:30pm. I called the customer service and spoke with representative. She informed that the order is out for delivery and will be delivered shortly. 9:50pm and no delivery was made. I tried calling the customer service, no one answer. I sent several messages, no response. I checked the status of the delivery and it is showing delivered at 8:54pm. Sent email and called next morning over 20 times, no one is answering the calls, no response to the email sent over 12 hours ago. I tried their WhatsApp chat help functionality and it just sent me an automated message saying no agents were available I DO NOT RECOMMEND their services.
