Horrible company
Horrible company. They lost my luggage on May 3rd. They didn't find it, so I asked for compensation. They started asking me for different documents, some of which they had no right to ask for, I regret that I didn't contact a lawyer right away, but sent them my ID. After I sent them a bank account, they said that After a thorough examination of your request, we have come to the conclusion that compensation is not justified under the given circumstances. There are considerable doubts about the information you have provided and the documents you have sent. We reserve the right to take legal action. Therefore, we are forced to reject your claim. We expect you to understand our final decision. It turns out that they were just looking for some reason not to pay compensation. After that, they came up with a reason not to pay. Do not use this airline. If problems arise, no one will solve them. There are other companies where such problems do not arise. They are scammers. I will sue them. They will pay everything, and also pay for a lawyer.
