Very disappointed
I have been a Venus customer for many years. 2 days ago my app stopped working and I was unable to log in via web browser. After much difficulty, I was finally able to 'reactivate ' my account, due to Venus changing their platform. So, now the app no longer works, I had 9 items in my shopping cart, that are now gone, and my Venus credit card does not work and is not available for me to use. Customer service has no information as to why my items got cleared from my cart, and no answer as to when the credit card will be available for use. The items that were in my cart are gone. The new website keeps crashing and is impossible to navigate. I am very disappointed and Venus has just lost a long time customer.
