If I could give this company zero stars…
If I could give this company zero stars I would. We booked a Christmas cruise and it was the worst holiday we ever had. Ship was dated, staff were rude and dismissive, cabins smelled bad damp and dirty, other guests were rude. Staff did not accommodate non German guests. Drinks were watered down, itinerary disrupted by water levels on Rhine which we appreciate can’t be helped however the Rhine was closed week previously and A-Rosa knew there was a high risk of unsafe water levels. People on deck below us spent entire cruise with their cabins underwater level. Then to make things worse my family couldn’t sit together at meal times unless we paid extra to book a table on an all inclusive cruise??? Drinks at bar limited and watered down and finally we were abandoned by A-Rosa and told we would need to arrange our own passage home as they could not get us back to cologne I. Time for our return flight despite it being a package deal. I am currently over £2000 out of pocket to get my family home safe this in top of the £7500 we paid for the five day Rhine Enchanted Christmas we were promised. Company is a joke.
